The core team of "Vishal Junnar Parivar" consists of around 50 members mostly form Junnar Tehsil native. This is creative, cohesive, constructive group with total dedication for social & educational upliftment of the society, fully believing in collective leadership, and a team spirit in democratic path.

This group initially founded the "Maharashtra Sahakar Mandal" in 1978 with three themes as its main objectives.

1. Financial Development of the society
2. Educational Development of the society
3. Social & Cultural upliftment of the society

These themes later on culminated in to three branches as under:

A) Vishal Junnar Seva Mandal - For the educational activities of the rural area viz. Junnar Tehsil.
B) Vishal Junnar Sahakari Patpedhi - For Financial services & Development.
C) Vishal Junnar Pratishthan - For social & cultural needs & upliftment of the society.

Vishal Junnar Sahakari Patpedhi recognized by government of Maharashtra vide (Reg. No. B.O.M/R.S.R./928/1979) date 01/ 01/1979 is one of the leading & repute Patasanstha in Maharashtra, and restraint of many awards are accreditation form Government of Maharashtra, with total business turnover of more than Rs. 1000 cr., it is serving to about 49692 members through its 35 branches.

Vishal Junnar Seva Mandal Established and registered in 1990 (Reg. No. F - 13818 Date.30/05/1990) as a charitable trust with sole objective of educational development of society. Vishal Junnar Seva Mandal has established following four educational Institutions in Junnar Tahsil.

1. Institute of Pharmacy - 1994
2. Institute of Pharmacy for Woman - 2003
3. Vishal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education And Research - 2006
4. V. J. International school - 2016
